They stir the drink and chill it at the same time, which is the trick ice cannot manage without also watering it down.

Four swizzle sticks in food-grade stainless steel, double-walled with a freezer gel sealed inside. Keep them in the freezer, drop one into the glass, and it holds the cold through the whole drink without adding a drop of water to it.
