An open bottle of champagne is flat by morning, and the cork it came with will never go back in.

This clamps on instead. Spread the hinged sides, sit it over the mouth of the bottle, and press them down until they lock under the rim — a rubber gasket seals the top and holds the pressure in, so what is left is still worth drinking tomorrow.
