We ordered needles. They sent the wrong ones. We called and asked for the correct ones. We had to send the wrong ones back at our expense. They resent the wrong ones again. Now they are sending the right ones, we hope. We are not sending the second set of wrong ones back. It's already cost us more than it should with the return postage when it was their mistake. As far as the product, we love it.

Impossible to remove Needle Retainer using the enclosed hex wrench, or using any commercial hex wrench.
